Orders Orders are confirmed by email. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock errors, pricing mistakes, or suspected fraud. Stock is reserved for 30 minutes at checkout; unpaid reservations are auto-released.
Payment Full payment is required to confirm an order. We accept payments through Viva Wallet (including card, digital wallet, and IRIS payments) via Viva Wallet Smart Checkout. Payment must be received within the reservation window; otherwise the order is cancelled and reserved stock is released back to inventory.
Pricing & currency All prices are in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise. GBP (£) equivalents shown are indicative and may vary at checkout.
Shipping Risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays. See our Shipping Policy.
Returns Sealed items may be returned within 10 days of delivery if unopened. Singles and graded cards are final sale. See our Returns Policy.
