Mystery boxes contain randomized contents. By purchasing a mystery box, you acknowledge:
- Contents are drawn server-side from the stated possible prizes pool — the client never picks the prize.
- Value ranges are estimates, not guarantees. You may receive more or less than the purchase price.
- No refunds or exchanges on opened or revealed mystery boxes.
- You may receive any item from the stated possible prizes pool.
- Mystery boxes are for entertainment and collection purposes; they are not investment products and we make no representation of resale value.
Value Ranges & Chances
Each mystery box lists its value ranges and category chances (shown below for every active box). These describe the probability of receiving a prize within a given value range. The actual prize you receive is drawn randomly according to these chances, server-side, and is revealed only when you open the box.
Pull history
Every pull is recorded in your Profile → Pull History and the public Recent Pulls feed (you may set a pull to anonymous at reveal time).
Fairness
All draws use a cryptographically secure random number generator. We do not bias draws by user, spend, or any other factor.
Authenticity
All mystery box contents are authentic, sourced directly from authorized distributors or verified sellers.
