We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for sealed, unopened products only.
Eligible for return
- Sealed booster boxes, ETBs, tins, and collection boxes in original, unopened packaging.
- Accessories in original, unused condition.
Not eligible for return
- Opened or unsealed products (no exceptions, even if unused).
- Singles and graded cards — final sale.
- Mystery boxes — see Mystery Box Terms.
How to return
- Email info@unwraps.gr within 10 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
- The buyer is responsible for creating and purchasing their own return shipping label and arranging drop-off with the carrier of their choice.
- Ship the item back in its original, unused packaging.
- We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Important
Unwraps does NOT automatically provide prepaid return shipping labels. Buyers cover the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (wrong/damaged item), in which case we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Condition
Items must be returned in original, unopened condition and original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of tampering, damage, or unsealed packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This right does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed (e.g., opened booster packs), as they are excluded under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive — the 10-day return policy above applies only to sealed, unopened items.
