Orders placed before 14:00 EET are dispatched same day, Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed and added to your order page once your parcel ships. You can track status from your profile under Orders.
Customs & duties
For UK shipments, customs duties or import VAT may apply at delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photo evidence and your order number. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
